Procedure: Display the last 5 seconds to the tenth on a 24-s Stramatel display

This procedure explains how to configure the display of the count from the last 5 seconds to the tenth of a second on a 24s Controller from Stramatel (ref. SC24 / UF452SC24).


Selection of display mode at startup

At the time of the switching on of the desk 24 s, the system proposes to choose the mode of display of the stopwatch:

41 sThe count remains in full seconds (classic display).

🕐 The choice remains active as long as the desk remains powered.
It will only be requested again at the next restart up.


Verification of proper functioning

After selecting the mode 1/10 s:

  1. Launches a count from 7 seconds Approximately.

  2. Look at the display of the ShotClocks : 5.0 s, the display must switch to Tenths of a second (4.9 → 0.0).

  3. At 0.0 s, check the triggering of The Horn and of the Red dot shows end of possession.

⚠ Points of vigilance

  • 1/10 s" mode complies with the FIBA regulations: display in tenths only in the last 5 seconds.

  • Some older models of 24s desks may not display the "1/10s" choice at startup. In this case, the setting is managed by a Internal factory parameter.

  • If the choice does not appear to ignition:

    • Cut / turn on Only the 24 s controller after turning on the board and main desk.

    • Check the Software version from desk 24 s, and its serial number and contact Stramatel.
