Procedure: Management, allocation and cancellation of Time-Out - Stramatel Multisport 452 desks


This procedure describes how the button works Time OUT, the sequence T1 → T2 → T3 → Cancellation, attribution to the team (Local/Visitor) after launch, as well as correcting an ongoing Time-Out attribution.


Time-out chain via the key Time OUT

Each successive press on the key Time OUT Triggers or cancels a sequence:

Set up: the durations of T1, T2 and T3 can be configurable in the menu Configuration of the match(e.g. 50 s, 60 s...).


Giving Time-Out to a team

Important: Multisport desks 452 ,First launch the time-out., then Attribute it to the team concerned.

  • Key 10: Assign time-out to the team Local

  • Key 26: Assign time-out to the team Visitor

Example of a correct sequence:

  1. Press on Time OUT(T1/T2/T3 according to support).

  2. Press on10 If downtime is requested by the Local, or on 26 If requested by the Visitor.

  3. Check the display of the indicator light on the corresponding side.


Resolve the wrong allocation of Time-Out

If a Time Out is assigned to the wrong team:

  1. Staying in Time-out mode (Do not cancel).

  2. Hold on 16 (C) Then:

    • 10→ Remove the witness Local

    • 26→ Remove the witness Visitor

  3. Reallocate correctly if necessary with10or26.

Tip:The combination16 (C) + 10/26It does not cancel the Time-Out itself, it acts only on attribution light witnesses.


Cancellation of Time Out and Resumption of Play

  • 4th press on TIME OUT: Cancel the Time-Out and returns to the game time.

  • The Main clock will be paused, press Start to restart playing time.



Good Practices

  • Before the match: check the configuration of durationsT1 / t2 / t3.

  • During the match: Always press Time-Out before awarding it (10/26).

  • In case of attribution error:16 (C) + 10 or 26 to correct the attribution to the side concerned.
