Stramatel Guide: Use the test mode of your LED display


Test mode is a diagnostic tool integrated with Stramatel displays that verifies the proper functioning of the device and its control console. This article explains how to access test mode and use it to troubleshoot your equipment.

Access to test and navigation mode

To start a diagnosis of your display, start by turning on the display and control console.

  1. From the main menu, press the28from your console to access theTest mode.

  2. To return to the main menu, hold down16and press the key15, or press the key27to return to configuration.

Tests available

Once in test mode, you can perform different checks.

  1. The display automatically performs a test of light diodes, igniting them sequentially from left to right [
    ].

  2. Press the key19to verify that the display siren is working properly [
    ].

  3. Press the key28to launch the test"Test 0", which will display a sequence of digits from 0 to 9 on the display [
    ].

  4. Press the key9to display battery and charger values [
    ].

  5. Test mode also includes a test of the console keyboard [
    ].
